Great music at a wedding doesn't just happen. I flawlessly mix songs to create the perfect vibe for every part of your event. I use state of the art DJ equipment and only the best music mixes, and I know how to read the room so I can rock the house.

Unlike with large DJ companies, you won't have to pay extra to ensure that I'll be your DJ. Hey! My name is Alex. I need to confess something to you. Here we go.... deep breath*... I’m honored that you’re considering partnering with AWJ Entertainment to represent you at your wedding! I believe that confidence in who you hire for your wedding is everything. That being said, let me tell you a little about me!

Why are you a DJ?

Music has the incredible ability to bring people together and create lasting memories. I believe love is beautiful, and every wedding should be a seamless, joyous celebration that reflects each couple’s unique story.

What role will I play as your DJ?

As your wedding DJ and emcee, my job goes beyond just playing music—I create an immersive experience that makes your guests feel as if they’re part of a beautifully choreographed movie. Every song, transition, and announcement is thoughtfully planned to enhance the emotions of each moment, from a romantic first dance to the high-energy celebration on the dance floor.

I also ensure a seamless flow throughout your event. By coordinating with your planner, photographer, and other vendors, I keep the night running smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

What will you wear?

I always wear a suit to weddings. I stick with darker more conservative colors unless of course you request otherwise. While I think I look great in my T-swift groupie t-shirt, I’ll stick with the more professional side of things for the wedding.

Do you drink?

I have definitely been known to sneak a drink of some refreshing water during a wedding, but alcohol? Never. You can rest assured that I will not become intoxicated and spend the night dancing Footloose with your guests :)

Will your humor and language be appropriate?

Of course. I hold myself to a very high standard and believe that resorting to crude and inappropriate humor is indicative of an amateur entertainer.

Will we have the opportunity to meet with you before the big day?

Yes. I make it a priority to meet with all my clients well before their wedding day. I want to get to know you, your music personality, and your vision for creating the best day of your life. I’ll meet with you and your fiancé multiple times to ensure that everything is perfect, and of course I’ll always be available via phone call or text.
